How to Sprout (Enough for 12 birds):

1. Rinse 1 cup of seeds
2. Soak 8-12 hours
3. Drain 
4. Rinse the seeds to keep hydrated and then drain twice daily
5. Feed when sprouts reach 1/2 to 1 inch 
6. Let your flock enjoy!

Safe for all poultry, including baby chicks after day 7.
