Eligible Returns (Non-Perishable Items)

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened, and non-perishable products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain farm products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All hatching eggs

  • Any perishable or biological items

Hatching eggs are final sale because hatch rates can be affected by factors beyond our control, including shipping conditions, handling, incubation methods, and environmental variables.
