Tater's Farm does everything we can do to try and make sure your eggs make it safely through their journey. With that being said we can't control what happens to them after they leave our hands. We pack them up safely and securely to give them the best chance of turning into little chicks or call ducklings. We have about a 95% percent hatch rate on the farm, but shipping eggs decreases that number, so we recommend buy a couple more eggs than you want to actually hatch to ensure you get what you want. We try to send extras if they are available. If there is a fertility issue with the eggs please contact us about that and we will make it right. The eggs do ship with insurance through the postal service, so if the eggs are severely damaged upon arrival please take pictures and contact us about that so we can help. Tater's Farm values it's customers, therefore if there is an issue with your order that is our fault, contact us via email and we will make it right. This being said, Tater's Farm reserves the right to determine what is appropriate to do for the situation.
